Prices are charged per apartment per day based on a 2 person per night occupancy. For any addional person of 15 years and over an additional charge of Euros 15.00 per person per day applies. Children up to 4 years are fee of charge; children aged 4 to 14 years are charged Euros 10,00 per person per day.
Prices are applicable for a minimum stay of 7 days. Reservations for less than 7 days are only possible on a short notice period.
All apartments are non-Smoking.

Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, electricity, cold and warm water, heating, parking, large lawn for sunbathing and usage of deck chairs, wahroom and final cleaning.

LOCAL TAx

From 1st January 2014 a new local tax governing to all holiday apartment and lodging facilities has been introduced with the South Tyrolean region. The revenue from this new tax is assigned to improve the infrastructure, local services as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events within the region.
This new tax will be charged on a per person night stay at the current rate of 1,25 Euro per person per night. Children under the age of 14 will be exempt from the charge. Please note that the taxable amount will be displayed separately on your invoice upon departure.
